Details:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or
production leadership environment
Previous experience leading or directing hourly production associates
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team
members
Experience assigning daily work, monitoring productivity, and meeting production
deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and
safety standards
Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and workplace safety
procedures
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Proven reliability, punctuality, and satisfactory attendance
Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and operational needs
