Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
8–10+ years of experience in site civil engineering and project management.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Utility sizing and design
Stormwater management
Site layout and grading
Permitting and regulatory coordination
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented, proactive, and organized approach to work.
