Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
10-12 years of progressive architectural experience.
Active architectural licensure (Registered Architect).
Strong knowledge of architectural design, documentation, and construction processes.
Ability to lead and manage projects from inception through construction completion.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to effectively communicate design concepts through drawings, renderings, or models.
