Details:
Experience/Skills:
Associate degree required; preferred fields include Baking & Pastry, Food Science, or Food Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of regulatory, compliance, or QA experience in a food manufacturing environment (Kosher, beverage, or pharmaceutical considered).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Familiarity with warehouse, traceability, and compliance software.
Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety, HACCP, lab practices, and 3rd-party certifications (Kosher, Organic, SQF).
