Details:
Experience/Skills:
3–6 years of quality assurance or control experience in electronics manufacturing (PCBs, soldering, wiring harnesses, or testing).
1–2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, including documentation and audits.
Experience writing or revising procedures, work instructions, and inspection programs.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn ERP or QMS systems quickly.
