Details:
Experience/Skills:
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing.
2+ years in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems, UL certifications (UL 94, UL508A), and RoHS compliance.
Experience with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600) and precision inspection methods.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with proven success in process improvement.
