Details:
Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or
related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in manufacturing facility expansion, plant construction, or large-
scale capital project management.
Proven success managing greenfield builds, plant startups, or distribution center
launches.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, material flow, and supply
chain systems.
Experience working with municipalities on permitting and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Planview, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to travel 10–20% depending on project phase.
