Experience/Skills:
3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing
environment (flexible for strong production leads).
Background in ISO 9001–certified manufacturing operations.
Proven experience managing large teams (20–30+ employees) across multiple
production departments.
Hands-on leadership style with strong conflict resolution, coaching, and
communication skills.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and basic lean manufacturing
concepts.
