Experience/Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, M2M, or similar).
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
