Details:
Experience/Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, leading teams in a manufacturing or food production environment
Proven experience leading maintenance teams and overseeing day-to-day departmental
operations
Strong background in building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry,
and general facility maintenance.
Experience managing large capital projects, maintenance planning, and facility upgrades
Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / productivity software
Ability to balance safety, compliance, uptime, and cost control in a fast-paced food
manufacturing environment
