Job Description
Details:
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Licensed Landscape Architect in New York or Pennsylvania, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
Minimum of 5 years of professional landscape architecture experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong technical expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site design and grading.
Experience preparing planting plans, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates.
Knowledge of construction administration processes and project coordination.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
