Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering degree may also be considered

with relevant HVAC controls experience.

Candidates with an AA/AS degree and strong directly related HVAC experience

may also be considered.

2–5+ years of experience within commercial HVAC, HVAC controls, building

controls, or a closely related environment.

Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and how controls interact with

HVAC equipment.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical blueprints, schematics, drawings, and

construction documents.

Experience with HVAC controls, DDC/BAS systems, sequences of operation, controller

programming, or commissioning.

Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work directly with engineers, contractors, customers, and sales teams.
